Initiate Your Request

Pack Your Gear
Place the Instax camera or accessory in its original packaging, ensuring all manuals, batteries, and unused film are included to qualify for a full refund.
Ship to Service Center
Attach the provided prepaid shipping label to your package and drop it off at any authorized carrier location, keeping your tracking number for reference.
Inspection and Refund
Once our technicians verify the condition of the electronics, we will process your refund to the original payment method within 5 to 7 business days.
